This is to request the permit to hold a carnival to be-
neEit St. Michael the Archangel School. St. Michael the
Archangel School -Church is registered with the Secr: al.'y

The carnival will be held November 27, 26, 29 «nu 3CO3 197�
on school grounds (300 N.W. 28th Ave.). 15 Rides and 10
entertaiment booths will operate during the carnival.
All restrictions and reyulationsescablished by the zoning
ordinance will be observed. Off duty City of Miami Police-
men will be employed as requested by the City of Miami
Police Department.
