WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami on September 9, 1971, passed and adopted Resolution No. 42762 creating an Urban Development Review Board for the City of Miami: and WHEREAS, during the four (4) years of its operation, the City has come to rely heavily upon the expertise of this professional compliment in the implementation of quality urban developments; and WHEREAS, the Hoard's membership has been reduced due to restraints imposed by time, scheduling, and City employment, thus producing inactivity or delays and WHEREAS, its continuance is essential to the City's physical, economic and aesthetic welfare: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI , FLORI DA s Section 1.
