RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
ERN ISLE SOUTH FORK PARK, A SUBDIVISION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AND ACCEPTING THE
EDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; AND AUTHORIZ-
ING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT.
WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of
Public Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat
entitled FERN ISLE SOUTH FORK PARK; and
WHEREAS, on July 17, 1975, the City Commission
adopted Resolution No. 75-633 closing for public use the portions
of N.W. 12th Street, N.W. filth Terrace and N.W. 23rd Avenue as
shown on Tentative Plat No. 934 entitled FERN ISLE SOUTH FORK
PARK;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled FERN ISLE SOUTH FORK
PARK being a subdivision of portions of the East 111 and the West k of
the N.E. of the S.W. h of Section 34, Township 53 South, Range
41 East and portions of RIVERSIDE FARMS AMENDED PLAT (2-88) and
MERRICK'S SUBDIVISION OF RIVERSIDE FARMS (4-189), all lying South
of the South Fork of the Miami River and northeasterly of the
northeasterly right of way line of the East-West Expressway
(81-83), which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully
incorporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon together
with all existing and future planting, trees and shrubbery
on said property, to the perpetual use of the public, be and the
same are hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florid_
Section 2. The requirements of State law and the
Code of the City of Miami, Florida as to ovs C TMthT i OE
made in subdivisions are hereby expressly waived•lTEM NO.
Section 3. The requirements of State law concern nq tt
showing of grades of rights of way on the Plat are hereby expressly
waived.
