Because of the change in the Cityts rating to Class 2, the local Insurance Services Office will begin rt•esta bl ishieg the oew sate structure for commercial properties within Lite City of ,1 i i; i , The reduction of fire insurance_ premiums with *. ;p ci. t,t this nod ritt713ii will be effective November 1, 19/5.
