A RESOLUTION APPOINT/NO AND ELECT/NO
JOHN S. LLOYD TO THE OFFICE OF CITY
ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA
AND PROVIDING FOR EMOLUMENTS OF OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDAt
Section 1. That JOHN S. LLOYD be and he is hereby
appointed and elected to the office of City Attorney of the
City of Miami, Florida, effective November r 1975.
Section 2. That the emoluments of office to be paid
to JOHN S. LLOYD in his capacity as City Attorney shall be
that which is provided for in the Budget of the City of Miami,
Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this " day of November, 1975.
