Lloyd, City Attorney RESOLUTION NO, 7 �,99 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANC O1 A PERMIT TO AIRPARK PLAZA MERCHANTS ASSOCIATION FOR AMUSEMENT RIDES AT 5703 N. W. 7T1-1 STREET, ON NOVEMBER 17, THROUGH 23, 1975, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED I3Y THE COMMISSION OF T14F CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That a permit be, and it is hereby authorized to he issued to Airpark Plaza Merchants Association for amusement rides at 5703 Northwest 7th Street, on November 17, through 23, 1975, subject to the following terns and conditions. 1. Such use shall not be established for a period exceeding seven days, nor shall any one location be used more often than once a year. 2. The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain the necessary licenses, permits and Certificates of Use. 3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on ride activities. 4. The operators of the amusement rides will provide separate sanitary facilities for both male and female patrons. 5. The operators and employees of the rides will not domicile on the property. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises. 7. The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted and the number of off -duty policemen that the Depart- ment feels are necessary to direct traffic and provide for security will be employed by the permit holder.
