A RESOLUTION AUTHORISING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY ATTORNEY TO TARE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST
VILLAGI SOUTH, INC. AND ESSESSESS AND TEE
ENTERPRISES, INC. FOR THEIR CONTINUED ILLEGAL
OPERATION OF A RESIDENTIAL DRUG REHABILITATION
CENTER tN THE CITY OF MIAMI ON PROPERTY LEGALLY
DESCRIBED AS LOTS 1 THROUGH 8, BLOCK 17, DIXIE
HIGHWAY TRACT (5-24).
WHEREAS, in April of 1973 Concept Village Inc.,
also known as Village South Inc., began illegally operating a
residential drug rehabilitation center in the City of Miami on
property hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, the State Attorney's Office on information
charged Village South, Inc. (Concept Village Inc.) with unlawfully
operating a drug rehabilitation center in an R-2 District, un-
lawfully creating a nuisance, and unlawfully operating premises
without a Certificate of Use and Occupancy; and
WHEREAS, Village South Inc. was convicted of the
above violations and took its appeal to the Circuit Court in and
for Dade County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Circuit Court

WHEREAS, Village South Inc.

WHEREAS, Village South Inc.
