HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-75-10281 2 3 4 s i 7 8 9 MEA 11/5/75 RESOLUTION No. 75-1 2R A RESOLUTION GRANTING A PETITION FOR A PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMENT (PAD) ON TENTATIVE PLAT NO. 945 "CULMER VILLAGE", BEING EAST SIDE N.W. 7TH AVENUE BETWEEN 10TH AND 11TH STREETS, CONSISTING OF S5 DWELLING UNITS IN TOWNHOUSE CLUSTERS, ZONED C-4 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) AND C-5 (LIBERAL COMMERCIAL), PROPOSED TO BE REZONED R-4 (MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE) DISTRICT. 10 WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of 11 October 20, 1975, Item No. 9(b), following an advertised 12 hearing adopted Resolution No. ZB 146-75 by a 7 to 0 vote 11 recommending approval for the application of a Planned Area Development (PAD) as hereinafter set forth; and 14 WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable in 1S the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami 16 and its inhabitants to grant the petition for the application of 17 a Planned Area Development (PAD): 18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION 19 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1.
