CORNER OP N.B. 3RD STREET AND BISCAYNE BOULEVARD BY RESOLUTION NO. 74-48 ADOPTED JANUARY 24, 1974, TO PERM XT MECHANICALLY OPERATED PARKING STRUCTURE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMIB810N OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That a "Conditional Use for an additional year commencing November 7, 197S, as provided in Resolution No. 74-84 adopted January 24, 1974, to permit mechanically operated parking structure on Lot 20, Block 83N, MIAMI (B-41) located at N.W. corner of N.E. 3rd Street and Biscayne Boulevard be, and the same is hereby granted. At their meeting of November 7, 1974 the City Commission granted Resolution 74-1213 fora Conditional Use on the subject property fora period of one year which expires November 7, 1975. The 9uilding Department has inspected the site; their report is attached.
