SOUTH RIVER DRIVE, TRACT "A", SPORTSMANS PARK SECTION B (55-30), TO PERMIT A WAREHOUSE TO BE DEVELOPED FOR THE USE OF THE ORANGE BOWL COMMITTEE, AS PROVIDED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE IV, SECTION 3S, AND WAIVING ALL REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR, SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY THE CITY COMMISSION AT THE END OF SAID PERIOD; ZONED C-4 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDAs Section 1. That the application for permission as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article IV, Section 35, for municipal use of approximately 1150 N.W. South River Drive, Tract "A", SPORTSMANS PARK Section B (55-30), to permit a warehouse to be developed for the use of the Orange Bowl Committee, and waiving all required off-street parking for a period of one year, subject to review by the City Commission at the end of said period, zoned C-4 (General Commercial) District, be and the same is hereby granted. The Building Department has inspected the site and forward their recommendation as attached.
