A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH A NOTICE Off' PUBLIC HEARING FOR
OBJECTIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY
COMMISSION UP THE COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION
OF TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5275 C (centerline sewer) AND SR-5275 S
(sideline sewer) IN TRACY SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5275 C (centerline
sewer) AND SR-5275 S (sideline sewer) .
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that Holland
Paving Co., Inc. has satisfactorily completed the construction
or sanitary sewer improvements designated as TRACY SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR•5275 C (centerline sewer) and SR-5275 S
(si(„eli ne sewer) and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication
of a notice of public hearing for objections by persons
interested in or affected by said Improvement as to the
acceptance thereof by the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED136544 SiQtkF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
ITEM
Section 1. The City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to publish a notice in a newspaper
published in the City of Miami, Florida, stating that at a
meeting of the City Commission to be held at a certain day
and hour, to be determined by the City Clerk, the Commission
will hold a public hearing to hear any objections by persons
interested or affected by TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
