S A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
PAIGE SUED/VISION, A SUSDIVISION IN THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS
• SHOWN ON SAID PLAT AND ACCEPTING A COVENANT TO
RUN WITH THE LAND POSTPONING THE IMODIATE
7 CONSTRUCTION OF STANDARD CONCRETE SIDEWALK AND AN
AUGER HOLE DRAINAGE STRUCTURE AND AUTHORIZING AND

DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE THE PLAT.
WHEREAS, the City toning Board and the Department of
Public Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat entitled
PAIGE SUBDIVISION;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
F THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled PAIGE SUBDIVISION,
being a resubdivision of Lot 1 and a portion of Lot 2, E. E.
Woolley's Addition to Silver Bluff, Plat Book 34, Page 178 and
lying in a portion of the S.E. of Section 15, Township 54 South,
Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by
reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and
the dedications as shown thereon together with all existing and
future planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, to the
rpetual use of the public, be and the same are hereby accepted
nd confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. Except for the construction of those
mprovements provided for in the Agreement entered into between
he Owner and the Director of the Department of Public Works on
half of the City of Miami, Florida, dated October 17, 1975, the
equirements of Chapter 54, Section 54-20, Code of the City of
tams, Florida and State law as to improvements,l Ti1NDEX
subdivisions Will hereby expressly be waived. ITEM N0. .:
Section 3. The covenant to run with the land

Suction 4. Of all other requirements of State law
conCe he posting of a Performance Bond for the construction
of improvements, that portion pertaining to the maintenance of
said improvements is hereby expressly waived.
Section 5. The requirements of State law concerning
the showing of grades of rights of way on the Plat are hereby
expressly waaved.
Section 5. The City Manager and the City Clerk, both
of the City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorised and directed to
execute the Plat.
