A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY AMERI CAN DAVITS CORPORATION
AT A TOTAL COST OF' $8,445.00 AND AUTHORIZING
A FINAL PAYMENT or $844.50 FOR BELLE MEADE
ISLAND BRIDGE REPAIRS - 1975.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated June 20, 1975
bet4.een the City of Miami and American Davits Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and American Davits Corporation has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor and materials
have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to

M NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THECCO
the Contractor;

THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by American
Davits Corporation for BELLE MEADE ISLAND BRIDGE - REPAIRS - 1975
be and is hereby accepted at a total cost of $8,445.00.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to pay American
Davits Corporation a balance of $844.50 as full and final pay-
ment for all work performed and all materials furnished in
connection with BELLE MEADE ISLAND BRIDGE - REPAIRS - 1975.
