RESOLUTION NO. 75-1111
A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING $96.781.11 OP
FEDERAL REVENUE znAll/NG FUNDS PREVIOUSLY
APPROPRIATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 6466 TO
FURTHER IMPLEMENT PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BENEFIT
PROGRAMS.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has manifested its
intent to support certain programs of benefit to the citizens
of the City of Miami through an appropriation of Federal
Revenue Sharing Funding; and
WHEREAS, funds have previously been appropriated by
Ordinance No. 6466 to accomplish this purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. S9k,,781.11 of Federal Revenue Sharing
Funds previously appropriated by Ordinance No. 8466 be and
are hereby allocated to be distributed among those agencies
listed in Oruinance No. 8142 in an amount not to exceed 1/l2th
of the amount appropriated to said agency by said Ordinance
No- 8342.

1975.
