13E IT RCSOLVED BY T111; COMMISSION OF 111E CITY OF
MIAMI. FLORIDA:
Section 1. 1 he City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to submit a Grant application to the National Endowment For
the Arts for Pedestrians✓ation of Downtoun Miami.
Section 2. 1 he City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to accept the Grant and execute the necessary contracts and
agreements to implement tlw program upon receipt of the Grant.
