WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated May 13, 1975
I,et•'eer the City of Miami and Weathertrol Maintenance Corp.; and
WHEREAS, the .,ork has 'eon satisfactorily completed
and Weathertrol Maintenance Corp. has furnished the required

WHEREAS, the Department of Puhl is Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the Contractor;

Section 1. The completed work performed by Weathertrol
Maintenance Corp. for CITY HALL - AIR CONDITIONING IMPROVEMENTS -
1975 be, and is hereby, accepted at a total cost of $6,215.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of
Miami be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to pay
Weathertrol Maintenance Corp., after all conditions are met, a
balance of $1,130 as full and final payment for all work performed
and all materials furnished in connection with CITY HALL - AIR
CONDITIONING IMPROVEMENTS - 1975.
