A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY AD•A..LITE ELECTRIC, INC, AT A
TOTAL COST OF $10,369 AND AUTHORIZING A
FINAL PAYMENT OF $2,369 roR THE ATHALIE
RANGE PARK NO. 1 - COMFORT STATION - 1975.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated May 29, 1975
between the City of Miami and Ad-A-Lite Electric, Inc,: and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Ad-A-Lite Electric, Inc. has furnished the reauired documents
certifying that all 1-Alls for labor and materials have peen paid
in full in connection with the aforesaid contract: and
WHEREAS, the Department of Pul-lic Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the Contractor:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OP
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Ad -A Lite
Electric, Inc. for the ATHALIE RANGE PARK NO. 1 - COMFORT STATION -
1975 be, and is hereby accepted at a total cost of $20,369.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of
Miami be, and they are hereby, authorized to pay Ad-A-Lite Elec-
tric, Inc. a balance of $2,369 as full and final payment for all
work performed and all materials furnished in connection with the
ATHALIE RANGE PARK NO. 1 - COMFORT STATION - 1975.
