to include all City lands vender the
:nvi ronmenta l Preservation Ordinance

On July 11, 1975. Mr. Michael Sirnonhoft, Chairman of the Environmental
Preservation Review Board requested that Miami give consideration to in-
cluding all City -owned lanai under the Environmental Preservation Ordinance.
After a thorough review of this request. it is recommended that any City land
that meets the standards of the Environmental Preservation Ordinance be in-
cluded as a part of an Environmental Preservation District. This woutd event-
ually include certain public rights-of.wav such as South Miami Avenue and
South F%ayshore Drive.
