The consulting firm of Wallace, McHarg, Roberts and Todd, will present
• slide presentation summarizing an Interim Report on City-wide problems
and opportunities, goals and objectives for the Miami Comprehensive
Neighborhood Development Plan. The consultants have been engaged by the
City for an 18-month study in cooperation with the Planning Department.
The purpose of the study is to update th1 C'ity's c.1mprt hI'nsi‘c plan, to
satisfy the requirements of the Florida Local Government Comprehensive
Planning Act of 1975 and to make broad recommendations for revisions to
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
Mr. David Wallace will present the slides, summarizing the first 6-months
of the study per the outline following. The report itself will be available
for the Commission approximately October 22nd.
