RESOLUTION NO. I5-! 38
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
A PERMIT TO THE KIDNEY FOUNDATION OF DADE
COUNTY FOR AMUSEMENT RIDES AT 3 500 NORTHWEST
37THH AVENUE IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR CARNIVAL
ON NOVEM9ER 26, 27, 28, 29 AND 30, 1975,
SUBJECT TO CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDAt
Section 1. A permit be, and it is hereby,
authorized to be
issued to the Kidney Foundation of Dade
County for amusement rides at 3500 Northwest 37th Avenue
in conjunction with their carnival on November 26, 27, 28,
29 and 30, 1975

1. Such use shall not be

The operators of the amusement rides shall
obtain the necessary licenses, permits and
Certificate of Use.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry
on ride activities.
4. The operators of the amusement rides will
provide sanitary facilities for both male
and female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides
will not domicile on the property.
6. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the
premises.
7. The City of Miami police Department will be
contacted and the number of off -duty police-
men that the Department feels are necessary
to direct traffic and provide for security
will 1,e employed by the permit holder.
