A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY aISCAYNE CONSTRUCTION, INC.
AT A TOTAL COST OF $80,129.12 AND AUTHORIZ-
ING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $8,012.91 FOR THE
ORANGE RoWL - SPIRAL RAMP DECK REPLACEMENT -
PIIASE IV - 19 5 .
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated March 4, 195
between the City of Miami and Biscayne Construction, Inc:
and
WHEREAS, the work in connection with the ORANGE BOWL -
SPIRAL RAMP DECK REPLACEMENT - PHASE IV - 19 has been satis-
factorily completed and Biscayne Construction, Inc. has furnished
the required documents certifying that all bills for labor and
materials have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid
contract: and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accented and final payment made to
the contractors
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: `DOCUMENT i EX ,,
ITEM NO.
Section 1. The completed work performed by Biscayne
Construction, Inc. ',e, and is hereby, accepted at a total cost
of $80,129.12.
Section ?. The proper officials of the City of Miami
he, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to pay Biscayne
Construction, inc. a balance of $8,012.91 as full and final
