A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY BISCAYNE CONSTRUCTION, INC.
AT A TOTAL COST OF $29,187 AND AUTHORIZING
A FINAL PAYMENT OF $3,18F..70 POit THE ORANGE
1Wt - ROLL -UP DOOR REPLACEMENT - 1975.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated May 13, 1975
'etween the City of Miami and Biscayne Construction, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Biscayne Construction, Inc. has furnished the required docu-
menB_s certifying that all bills for labor and material have 1;een
Paid in full in connection ,•ri th the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Depz1rtmerrt of Public Works recommends
that th^ completed work he accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed worn: performed l:y Biscayne
Construction, Inc. in connection with the ORANGE BOWL - ROLL -UP
DOOR REPLACEMENT - 1975 he, and i hera-y, accepted at a total
cost of $'"9, 1137 .
Section The proper officials of the City of Miami
be, and they are herel)v, authorized and directed to pay Bi scayne
Construction, Inc. a '•alance of $3,18h.70 as full and final pay-
ment for all work performed and all materials furnished in connec-
tion '•pith the ORANGE BOWL - ROLL -UP DOOR REPLACEMENT - 1975.
