A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR OBJECTIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF THE COMPLETED CONSTRUC-
TION OF TN AL VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4366
(LANDSCAPE PORTION) IN TRIAL VIEW HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4366 (LANDSCAPE PORTION)
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that Marks
Brothers Company has satisfactorily completed the landscaping
portion of TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4366= and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publica-
tion of a notice of public hearing for objections by persons
interested in or affected by said Improvement as to the
acceptance thereof 1.y the Commission:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OP MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Clerk 1'e, and he is hereby,
authorized to publish a notice in a newspaper published in the
City of Miami, Florida, stating that at a meeting of the City
Commission to 1 e held at a certain day and hour, to be deter-
mined by the City Clerk, the Commission will hold a public
hearing to hear any objections by persons
interested in or
affected by TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4366 (Landscape
Portion), in TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4366
(Landscape Portion).
