RESOLUTION NOt 75-978
A RESOLUTION AUTIIORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR
OBJECTIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION OF
TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4366 (HIGHWAY
PORTION) IN TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY iMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT ti-4366 (HIGHWAY PORTION) .
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that G.T.F. Cor-
poration has satisfactorily completled the paving improvements
of TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4366; and
WHEREAS. the City Charter requires the publica-
tion of a notice of public hearing for objections by persons
interested in or affected by said Improvement as to the
acceptance thereof by the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Clerk be, and he is hereby,
authorized to publish a notice in a newspaper published in the
City of Miami, Florida, stating that at a meeting of the City
Commission to be held at a certain day and hour, to be deter-
mined by the City Clerk, the Commission will hold a public hear-
ing to hear any objections by persons interested in or affected
by TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4366 (Highway Portion), in
TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4366 (Hi4jhway Portion).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9 day of October
1975.
