Elfi-C "RIVER COVE", BEING NORTH RIVER DRIVE AT N.N. 17TH , TO 336-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX ON AWE SITE,SUBJECT TO PLAN APPROVAL SY THE PLANING DEPARTMENT; ZED R-4 (MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE) DIS'f RZL"1". WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning 3oard, at its Meeting of September 1, 1975, Item No. 9, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZS 107-75 by a 7 to 0 vote recommending approval of the application for revision of a Planned Area Develop- ment as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable in the bee interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant the application of a Planned Ate* Development (PAD) as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MXAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The application for revision of Resolution No. 74-128 which granted a Planned Area Development (PAD) consistL- of 297-Unit Apartment Complex on Tracts 2 and 3, Tentative Plat No. 896-C "RIVER COVE, being North River Drive at N.W. 17th Avenue, to 336 -Unit Apartment Complex on above site, subject to plan approval by the Planning Department as provided in Ordinance No. 6$71, ARTICLE XX1-1, Section 6, soned R-4 (Medium Density Nultipls) Dis trict, be and the same is hereby granted.
