A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
CONSTRUCTION OP NORT1T MIAMI AVENUE SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT 5R-5269 5 (SIDELINE SEWER)
IN NORTH MIAMI AVENUE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT SR-5269 S (SIDELINE SEWER), AND
REMOVING ALL PENDING LIENS FOR THIS IMPROVEMENT
NOT CERTIFIED HEREIN.
WHEREAS. the C immission of the City of Miami, Florida
met on the 9th day of October. 1975 pursuant to due legal notice
of said meeting under Section 56, of the City Charter, as amended
to recei -e_ all written objections tc: the confirmation of the ore-
lir,inary assessment roll for the cast of NC.RT11 MIAMI AVENUE SANI-
TARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5269 S (sideline sewer) in NORTH MIAMI
AVENUE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5269 S (sideline
sewer) on the following streets:
North Miami Pvenue from 67rd Street to 64th Street
North Miami Avenue fro 73rd Street to 79th Street;
and
WHEREAS, no ob ections thereto 1.y any rerson interested in,
or affected 1-y, snid assessments were sustained by the Commission,
and said assessment roll appeared in oil respects, regular and in
accordance with the reauirements and provisions of the City Charter,
as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: "DOCUMENTINDEX

tioned and indicated on the preliminary assessment roll for NORTH
MIAMI AVENUE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5269 S (sideline sewer)
in NORTH MIAMI AVENUE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5269 S
(sideline sewer) Le, and they are here'y, in all things, confirmed
and sustained against any and all lots or parcels of ground des-
cribed therein.

that such amounts are in proportion to the special benefits that
the property received.

AVENUE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5269 S (sideline sewer) in
NORTH MIAMI AVENUE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5769 5
(sideline sewer) in the ar':ount of S1F',934.00 b., and the some is
hereby, approved and confirmed.

for sapitz-ry sewer iriprovomonts not appearing in the preliminary
assessment roll and no certified hereby be, and the same is
