HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-75-0920PC t rb 9/2 /7 s THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: RESOLUTION NO. 7S-920 A RESoLUT ON CONFIRMING ORDERING R> SOLUTION NO. 75-7f 6 AND AUTEIORIEINO THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5391 S (SIDELINE SEWER) IN SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5391 S (SIDELINE SEWER) . WHEREAS, at the City Commission Meeting of Septem- ber 4, 1975 Resolution No. 75-7R6 was passed which ordered a sanitary sewer improvement identified as SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5391 S (sideline sewer); and WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hear- ing was held before the City Commission on October 9, 1975 as to any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 75-786, which resolution ordered SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5391 (sideline sewer); and WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said improvements were sustained by the Commission; and it is there- fore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed 1,ids for the construction of said Improvement; NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF "DOC1J""E!•'T ITEM NO. Section 1. Ordering Resolution No. 75-786, dated r September 4, 1975, which ordered SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE- MENT SR-5391 S (sideline sewer) in SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5391 (sideline sewer) be, and it is hereby, confirmed. Section 2.
