No. 75-785 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK
TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE CoNSTRUC
PION Of' SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMPRoVEMENT
SR-5391 C (CENTERLINE SEW) IN SIMPSON SANI-
TARY ESKER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5391 C
(CENTERLINE SEWER) .
WHEREAS, at the City Commission Meeting of Septem-
'-er 4, 1975 Resolution No. 75-785 was passed, which ordered a
sanitary sewer improvement identified as SIMPSON SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5391 C (centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hear-
ing was held before the City Commission on October 9, 1975 as to
any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 75-785, which
resolution ordered SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMPRO:.LMENT SR-5391 C
(centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
improvements were sustained by the Commissions and it is there-
fore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering resolu-
tion and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids
for the construction of said improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: "DOCVBT EX,

Section 1. Ordering Resolution No. 75-785, dated
September 4, 1975, which ordered SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5391 C (centerline sewer) in SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5391 C be, and it is hereby, confirmed.
Section 2. The city Clerk be, and he is hereby,
authorized to advertise for coaled bids for the construction
