1973 etIveen the City of Miami and State Paving Corporation:

WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and State Paving Corporation has furnished the reouired'docu-
ments certifying that all bills for la''or an0 tiaver als hate
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract:

WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on October 9,
1975 to hear any oljections to the completed construction, and

SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SK-4181 be, and is hereby,
accepted at a total cost of $69.115.36.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of
Miami be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
