AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI ANU THE
EMPLOYEE ORGANIZATION KNOWN AS THE SANI-
TATION EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, UPO:' ITS
itATIFiCATION AND SvPJF,CT TG THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF SUCH AGREEMENT AS SET FORTH
IN THE ATTACHED COPY THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TNL: COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Sectiot, 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to enter into the attached Amendment of a collective
bargaining agreement by and between the City of Miamiand the employee
organization known as the Sanitation E'aswployees Association as set forth in
the copy attached hereto. '.fhe aforesaid authorization and direction shall
not be operative unless and until the City Manager is in receipt of a notice
of ratification by the .employee organization of the terms of this Amendment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 26 day of SEPTEM3ER ,
1975.
