This Fee Schedule supersedes any adopted fee currently at issue in the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended ("City Code"). A. CHAPTER 11 CABLE TELEVISION 1. Application for grant, renewal, modification or transfer of license (Sec. 11-8, City Code) a. Administrative fees: New or initial license $26.250.00 Renewal of license $10,500.00 Transfer of license (other than pro forma) $10,500.00 Modification of license agreement per 47 USC Sec. 545 $10,500.00 Any other relief $5,250.00 B. CHAPTER 12, AMUSEMENT GAMES OR MACHINES 1. Certificate of Authorization (Sec. 12-5, City Code) a. Yearly fee, per machine, per location C. CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE III, AND XI, FINANCE $500.00 1. Procurement resolution of protested solicitation (Sec. 18-104, City Code) a. The listed filing fee or one (1) percent of the amount bid for proposed contract whichever is less $5,000.00 2. Unsolicited proposals (Sec. 18-119, City Code) a. Application fee for any private entity or consortium submitted an unsolicited proposal $25,000.00 b.
