Based upon the passage of Ordinance 14456 and Resolution R-26-0200 on April 23, 2026, this
official Fee Schedule is to be maintained by the City Manager and available via the City of Miami
website, with the various Departments and the City Clerk. This Fee Schedule supersedes any
adopted fee currently at issue in the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended ("City Code").
A. CHAPTER 11 CABLE TELEVISION
1. Application for grant, renewal, modification or transfer of license (Sec. 11-8, City
Code)
a. Administrative fees:
New or initial license $26.250.00
Renewal of license $10,500.00
Transfer of license (other than pro forma) $10,500.00
Modification of license agreement per 47 USC Sec. 545 $10,500.00
Any other relief $5,250.00
B. CHAPTER 12, AMUSEMENT GAMES OR MACHINES
1. Certificate of Authorization (Sec. 12-5, City Code)
a. Yearly fee, per machine, per location
C. CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE III, AND XI, FINANCE
