Based upon the adoption of Ordinance 14456 and Resolution R-26-0200 on April 23, 2026, this
official Fee Schedule is to be maintained by the City Manager and available via the City of Miami
website, with the various Departments and the City Clerk. This Fee Schedule supersedes any
adopted fee currently at issue in the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended ("City Code").

1. Fees for Covenants to Run with the Land, Right -of -Way Dedications, Quitclaims;
Preparation (Sec. 2-268, City Code)
