WAY PURPOSES; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE RECORDATION OF THE
DEEDS IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; FURTHER
DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO RETAIN A COPY OF THE DEEDS.
