As the County commences installation, it is important to continue the
collaboration and coordination to keep the stakeholders informed:
• The County will inform the City prior to installation prior to
commencement of a phase within municipal boundaries.
• The County and contractor will respond expeditiously to any failures
• The City and County will coordinate on adjacent permitted
construction (municipal or private)
This approach will improve visibility of the project and help plan
controller installations more efficiently.
