COMPLIANCE
PROGRAM ("PROGRAM"); FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF UNALLOCATED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT ("CDBG") ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, FROM FISCAL YEAR ("FY") 2025-2026, IN THE TOTAL
AMOUNT OF FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($570.755.00)
FOR THE PROGRAM.
The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution by the City Commission, related to the proposed funding recommendation(s)/ amendment(s),
authorizes the City Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Action Plan.

This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment
period begins
on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, and ends on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented
to the City
Commission for approval on Thursday, March 12, 2026. Draft copies of the agenda items will be available at the City of Miami Department
of Housing and Community Development office located at 444 SW 2 Avenue, 9 Floor, Miami, FL 33130 (HCD Address). Comments to
amendment(s) must be submitted to: nancyromani@miamigov.com, Attn: Nancy Romani, and must be received no later than March
