RE: Substitution of RE.20 on the March 12, 2026, City Commission Meeting
Reallocate Funds - South Police Station Roof Replacement

Item RE.20 on the March 12, 2026, City Commission Meeting Agenda proposes
to authorize the City Manager to reallocate funds in the total not to exceed amount of
Eight Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($800,000.00) ("Funds") from certain
project(s) in the City's Capital Plan, and re -appropriating said Funds to Police South
Roof Renovation CW (40-B72928A) Project, with the allocation and appropriation of the
funds referenced herein being subject to all federal, State, and local laws that regulate the
use of such funds and the receipt of all necessary approvals, including, but not limited to
the City Attorney.
The item further authorizes the City Manager to make any changes to adjust,
amend, and appropriate the City's Operating Budget, Five -Year Financial Plan, Strategic
Plan, Multi -Year Capital Plan, and any other documents as necessary and applicable,
pursuant to the provisions of this Resolution, and take certain necessary actions in order
to update the Capital Plan, relevant financial controls and computer systems in
connection therewith, for project close-outs, and for grants and other funding sources in
progress in connection herewith are ratified, approved, and confirmed.
Exhibit A of the Legislation, attached and incorporated, is being substituted to
amend to update the award number and the award name.
