A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE BAYFRONT PARK MANAGEMENT TRUST FOR
TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Carlos Martell Commissioner Miguel Angel Gabela
Ana Matos Commission -At -Large
Horacio Stuart Aguirre Commission -At -Large
Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Bayfront
Park Management Trust, to serve for a term ending March 12, 2027, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
