WAY DEED OF DEDICATION ("DEEDS"), AS DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A", ATTACHED
AND INCORPORATED, FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES; APPROVING AND
AUTHORIZING THE RECORDATION OF THE DEEDS IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; FURTHER DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO
RETAIN A COPY OF THE DEEDS.
Notes:
Pursuant to the resolution, this item became effective immediately upon adoption by the
Commission.
