Subject: Amend Reso - 25-0337 - Sales of Properties
Purpose of Item:
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 25-0337 TO
MODIFY INCOME ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SALES OF CITY -OWNED
PROPERTIES; RESTRICTING SALES TO QUALIFIED APPLICANTS UP TO 120%
OF AREA MEDIAN INCOME ("AMI").
Background of Item:
On September 11, 2025, pursuant to Resolution No. 25-0337, the Miami City

reverter provisions, which established an income range of one hundred -twenty percent
(120%) to one hundred -forty percent (140%) of area median income as published

Housing and Urban Development.
The City's Administration hereby recommends amend Resolution No.25-0337 to modify
the income eligibility requirements for the purchase of the city -owned properties, as
previously set forth, by restricting the sale of these homes to qualified applicants with an
annual household income not to exceed one hundred -twenty percent (120%) of the
