A Resolution pursuant to Sections 163.356, 163.410, 163.335, and 163.357
Florida Statutes, creating the Allapattah Redevelopment District Community
Redevelopment Agency ("Allapattah CRA")
File No. 19030
Item PH.13 on the April 9, 2026 City Commission Agenda authorizes the creation
of the Allapattah Redevelopment District Community Redevelopment Agency
("Allapattah CRA"), pursuant to Sections 163.356, 163.410, 163.335, and 163.357
Florida Statutes, declares the City Commission to be the governing body of the
Allapattah CRA, and accepts Miami -Dade County's delegation of powers, in accordance
with Section 163.410 Florida Statutes. This item is being substituted to incorporate the
updated Exhibit A, which previously included a scriveners error. Said previous error has
no direct impact to the geographical boundaries or Legal Description of the Allapattah
CRA area.
