UNDER THE TERMS oP PUtLIC LAW 89 -16, AS
AMtNDtD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OP
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to file an application, with
the Economic Development Administration of the United States
Department of Commerce, for a grant to aid in financing the
construction of Miami Bayfront Park under the terms of
Public Law 89-136, as amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25TH day of SEPTEMBER
1975.
