R. Harrison Construction Corporation is the lowest responsive bid for Bid Proposal Sections 2 thru 9 and recommends, in concurrence with Edward D. Stone & Associates, that a contract be awarded to said firm; and WHEREAS, funds were previously allocated for the above named project by Resolution No. 73-199, dated March 22, 1973, and by Resolution No. 74-1326, dated December 2, 1974 from Public Parks & Recreational Facilities Bond Fund.
