WHEREAA, pursuant to Public Notice, sealed bids
were received on AtiguSt 18. 1975 for furnishing one (1) earth
auger tounted on truck, for use by the Public Properties Depart-
ment: and
WHBRBAS the City Manager recommends that the bid
from H. Pi Mason Equipment Corp. for furnishing one (1) earth
auger mounted on truck at a total cost of $40,827 be accepted
since it was the lowest responsive bidt
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid received from H. F. Mason Equip-
ment Corp. for furnishing one (1) earth auger mounted on truck
to the Department of Public Properties be, and is hereby,
accepted at a total cost of $40,827.
Section 2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to instruct the Purchasing Department
to issue a Purchase Order for this equipment from previously
budgeted funds to be allocated from the Storm Sewer Bond Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25TH day of SEPTEMBER
