A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OP
A PERMIT TO ST. DOMINIC'S RECTORY ?OR
AMUSEMENT RIDES ON THE CHURCH GROUNDS
LOCATED AT 5909 NORTHWEST 7TH STREET*
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THEIR ANNUAL PESTIVAD
ON OCTO$ER 31, NOVEM ER 1, AND 2, 1`975,
SUBJECT TO CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OP THE CITY OP
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. A permit be, and it is hereby,
authorized to be issued to St. Dominic's Rectory for
amusement rides on the church ground located at 5909
Northwest 7th Street in conjunction with their annual
festival on October 31, November 1, and 2, 1975, subject

period exceeding seven days, nor shall
any one location be used more often than
once a year.

2. The operators of the amusement rides shall
obtain the necessary licenses, permits and
Certificate of Use.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry
on ride activities.
4. The operators of the amusement rides will
provide sanitary facilities for both male
and female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides
will not domicle on the property.
6. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the
premises,
7. The City of Miami Police Department will be
contacted and the number of off -duty police-
men that the Department feels are necessary
to direct traffic and provide for security
will be employed by the permit hold
