PURCHASE ORDER TO PHILADELPHIA tEA1011- PORATION POR $8,8244)9 TO COVER REPAIRS TO LAWRENCE'gTORM'PUMPIN0 STAT/ON NO. 11: COST OP SAID MATERIAL SU8JECT TO ADJUSTMENT TO THE PRICE IN EPPECT AT THE TIME OP SHIP MENT: WINO PUNDS PROVIDED B? THIS PURPOSE AS SPECIPIED IN ORDINANCE NO. 8432. WHEREAS, ordinance No. 8432 provided funds for repairs to Lawrence Storrn Pumping Station No. 31; and WHEREAS, the City Manager authorized issuance of a purchase order to Philadelphia Gear Corporation to cover material for said repairs to the aforesaid facility which was an emergency; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The action of the City Manager in issuing an emergency Purchase Order to Philadelphia Gear Corporation for $8,824.00 to cover repairs to Lawrence Storm Pumping Station be, and is hereby, confirmed. Section 2. The aforesaid cost of said material be, and is hereby, subject to adjustment to the price in effect at the time of shipment. Section 3.
