VANS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 75-643,
Bid No. 74-75-127 received from DOWNTOWN CHRYSLER PLYMOUTH
for furnishing four (4) passenger vans for use by the
School Resource Officer Detail of the Miami Police
Department was accepted at a total cost of $24,010;
and
WHEREAS, the City Manager instructed the Pur-
chasing Department to issue Purchase Order No. 078231
for these vans from funds provided from an appropri-
ation to 1974-75 School Resource Officer Detail'of the
Miami Police Department; and
WHEREAS, DOWNTOWN CHRYSLER PLYMOUTH has gone

out of business;
ITEM NO.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The previous acceptance of the
bid from DOWNTOWN CHRYSLER PLYMOUTH for supplying four (4)
passenger vans in accordance with Bid No, 74-75-127,
in accordance with Resolution No, 75-643, be and the
same is hereby withdrawn, and Purchase Order No, 078231,
