WHEREAS, there exists a'contract dated April 11, 1975 between the City of Miami and Redland Construction Co., Inc., and WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and Redland Construction Co., Inc. has furnished the required documents certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the contractor; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The completed work performed by Redland Construction Co., Inc. for BICENTENNIAL PARK - PHASE II (PROJECT NO. 1 - SUBGRADING) be, and is hereby accepted at a total cost of $58,950.00. Section 2.
