COST oP $37,082,25 AND AUTfORIZINO A
FINAL PAYMENT OF $3,843,68 FOR THE
WA INWRIOHT PARR IMPROVEMENTS - 1975.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated February 24,
1975 between the City of Miami and Deconco, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Deconco, Inc. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made
to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Deconco,
Inc. for the Wainwright Park Improvements - 1975 be, and
it is hereby, accepted at a total cost of $37,082.25.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of
Miami be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
