WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated June 13, 1975
between the City of Miami and Frisa Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Frisa Corporation has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made: to
the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Frisa
Corporation for the VIRGINIA KEY FILL - 1975 be, and is hereby,
accepted at a total cost of $59,250.00.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of
Miami be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to pay
Frisa Corporation a balance of $5,925.00 as full and final pay-
ment for all work performed and all materials furnished in

connection with VIRGINIA KEY FILL - 1975.
