A,1 'l September 1+# 1975 tin April 23, 1975 my petition for a Conditional Use was granted by the City of Miami Zoning Board by Resolution No. ZB 38..75. X have submitted complete drawings to the building Permit Department and we are now correcting some minor objections raised by this Department. This Conditional Use will expire on October 7, 1975. While we expect to be able to comply with all require.- nients of the Building Permit Department during the course of this month, there is a possibility that they will not be able to issue the Building permit by October 7, 1975• Therefore, I respectfully request an extension of the expiration time for one year in accordance with the last paragraph of the above mentioned communication received from the City of Miami, as per copy enclosed.
